SetForge is the workout log that coaches back. Lifters build a program from one recent set on each lift, and SetForge adjusts it after every session: hit every rep and the plan moves up, miss and it repeats, miss twice and it resets lighter. Every change comes with a reason. SetForge also features a Lock Screen rest timer, a plate calculator, records kept separately for every technique, Hevy import, offline-first logging, and reminders in three tones: Nice, Normal and Rude.
